Vilafranca Del Penedes
The Vilafranca cemetery was inaugurated on April 23, 1839, on the site of the Capuchin convent. The first enclosure had a square floor plan and in 1878 the chapel was incorporated. In 1876 the second enclosure was added. In these first two spaces are the oldest and most monumental pantheons in the cemetery.
