Cathedral of Our Lady of Mercy of Huelva

It was declared a Historic-Artistic Monument in 1970 and is one of the most significant tourist attractions in the city. Originally, this church was part of the convent of the barefoot Mercedarian fathers which, in turn, was built on the old hermitage of San Roque.
